Information about remunerations to participants in research projects and clinical trials
Tietoevry, which is the system supplier for KI’s Primula salary system was subjected during week 3 (January 19 to be exact) to a ransomware attack. As a safety measure, they have closed down the system while work on troubleshooting and restoring the service progresses. Consequently, Primula can not be accessed at present. KI depends on the Primula system to be able to manage remunerations to participants in research projects and clinical trials.
Remunerations to participants in research projects and clinical trials as well as other remunerations cannot currently be managed, as they are administered via the Primula system.
Once the system is back up and running, we will process these payouts as soon as possible.
