Manual - remove forwarding of email
According to KI's email regulation it is not allowed to automatically forward email to another email address outside of KI. Which one ot the two methods described on this page, depends on how you have set up the automatic forwarding.
Remove forwarding rules (via webmail)
Log in at https://outlook.office.com with your KI e-mail address and KI password.
Then click on the cogwheel and search for ”rules” and select ”Inbox rules”.
Then find the rules you have set up for forwarding your KI email to an external address. Click on the trash-can to the right of the rule title that has an external forward, or turn it off with the slider to the left of the rule title.
Notice that you can have several rules doing a variety of automated tasks, so read to make sure that it is the correct rule you are deleting or disabling by reading its content. If you need assistance you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disable forwarding from your KI email account (via webmail)
Log in to https://outlook.office365.com with your KI e-mail address and KI password.
Then click the cogwheel in the top right menu and search for “forward” and select “Forwarding” in the results.
Make sure to untick the box where "Enable forwarding” and then press save.
