Problems/error reporting, suggestions or questions

The Service team has a shared e-mail address and a ticket management system to ensure proper and traceable management of all incoming service requests/reports in Neo:

How to file a report

To ensure an effective and stream-lined handling of tickets submitted to the Neo Service team, please send one e-mail per request/report following the instructions below:

  1. Send your request/report to serviceteam-neo@ki.se.
  2. Make the subject line as short and informative as possible.
  3. In the body of the e-mail, please state the room number and issue/matter/error clearly and concisely.
  4. Do not copy anybody (CC) when filing or responding to a ticket in order to avoid creating a loop of multiple sub-tickets.

IT-related questions should be handled by IT-support.
