Service team in Neo

The Neo service team provides basic services in Neo, for example goods handling, dish facility, janitorial services and access to Neo.

The Service team has a shared email address and a ticket management system to ensure proper and traceable management of all incoming service requests in Neo. For urgent matters please contact the team directly, see contact information below.

For help regarding urgent matters after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays please contact COOR/Hemsö on-call staff at 0771-777 111.

Opening hours

The Neo service team reception is located on floor 8 (8620). The office is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.

If no one is on site, someone will probably come back shortly. For urgent matters, please contact the team directly by phone.

Different opening hours apply to days where there is a reduction in working hours for technical and administrative staff.
