Visits and deliveries to Neo
The Neo building is based in Flemingsberg, close to Karolinska University Hospital main entrance and neighbour with KTH and the Swedish Red Cross University. As a visitor use the entrance from Blickagången 16. For deliveries use the dock, which you can access from Hälsovägen.

For non-commercial deliveries – e.g. human samples from hospitals – it is important to provide the service team with information about a designated contact person who can be reached when the package arrives at Neo.
Packages with unclear recipients are stored at the goods reception on floor 8 (room temperature, +4°C or -20°C) until the correct recipient collects them.
