Access to Neo

To get access to Neo, please fill in the access form below.

The form must be signed by your PI. When signing, the PI also certifies that the person to be granted access has completed the web-based course Laboratory Safety Introduction.

If you need access to a specialised room, the person responsible for the specialised room must also sign the form.

If the PI is not available to sign, the Head of unit can sign the form instead. If the Head of unit is not available either, signing is escalated to the Head of administration.
