Meeting rooms and group rooms in Neo

Seminar rooms

The seminar rooms Gene, Jan-Åke Gustafssonsalen and Erna Möllersalen, which accommodate 50–200 participants, are booked via TimeEdit. Rooms must be left clean and tidy.

Quiet rooms

Quiet rooms in Neo are intended for short meetings and conversations, not as offices. They cannot be booked and must be left clean and tidy.

Touchdown desks

Touchdown spaces in Neo are intended for master’s students and guests without their own office space. These spaces cannot be booked, may only be used for one day, and must be left clean and empty.

Touchdown spaces in Neo are located in the following rooms: 6011, 6117, 6121, 6311, 7320 and 7322. The spaces are clearly marked.

Rest room 6812, floor 6

Inform your manager or a colleague when you go to the rest room and ask them to follow up on your well-being, especially before you go home. The rest room cannot be booked and must be left clean and tidy.

Lunch room, Mitochondrion

The lunch room can be booked before 10:30 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. The room is booked in the Outlook calendar under the name Mitochondrion.

Please note that Neo employees may use the lunch room to heat and eat their food or have a snack even when it is booked. However, it is important to be considerate and not disturb others if you use the lunch room when someone else has booked it.

The person who books the lunch room is responsible for leaving it clean and tidy.
