House rules in Neo
The research environment in Neo encourages collaboration and communication between groups and departments. To ensure a safe, welcoming and productive working environment, the following applies.

Working environment
- Speak quietly in open spaces.
- Telephone calls and meetings should take place in designated rooms.
- Doors to laboratories and equipment rooms should be kept closed.
- Do not use corridors for storage.
- Centrally delivered goods should not be stored locally.
Social areas
- Keep the kitchen clean and return all dishes.
- Dispose of rubbish in the correct recycling bins.
- Meals should be eaten in the lunch room or social areas.
- Microwaves, refrigerators and electric heaters are not permitted in office areas.
- Coffee makers and kettles must have a 30-minute timer.
- Posters may only be put up in designated areas.
