Why do you recommend junior researchers and teachers at KI to participate in the FIELD program?

“The FIELD program was very inspirational! It provided exceptional mentoring and coaching on how to establish a more equitable, fair and inclusive work environment at KI. Personally, I found FIELD to be not only an avenue for promoting these values, but also a robust leadership program”, says Adamantia Fragkopoulou.

What did you appreciate the most with participating in the FIELD program?

“What I appreciated the most, is that I felt part of a “community”, where women, from different departments and career stages, are sharing similar concerns. Together, we collaborated on identifying innovative strategies to shift mindsets, and importantly our voices and concerns were not only acknowledged, but also heard by the highest leadership at KI”, says Adamantia Fragkopoulou.
