Problems accessing the PA-web

There are several reasons why you cannot log in to the PA-web.
The most common reasons are that you have different identities in our IT systems or that you are not an employee at KI. Another reason might be that you do not have a Swedish personal identity number or a coordination number.

If you have login problems, please contact your local HR department.

Employee

If you have a Swedish personal identity number or a coordination number, you have access to the PA-web.

Log in with your KI-ID and password.

If you have login problems, please contact your local HR department.

Affiliate/Scholarship holder/Hourly-based employee

Affiliates, students (including non-employed PhD students and scholarship holders) and Hourly-based employees do not have access to the PA-web.

If you need access, please contact your local HR department.

Problems opening a page in the PA web

If you are unable to open a page on the PA website and are bounced back to the home page, this may be due to your browser. You may also receive various error messages when you try to create or submit a case. Always use the latest version of Chrome or Mozilla and make sure to clear your browser cache regularly. It may also be that your password for the Primula client has expired. If you log in to the Primula client and change your password, you will regain access to the pages.

Administrator with Primula authorization

If you are an administrator with Primula authorization, please contact payroll@ki.se if you have login problems.

If it is the first time you will be using Primula, ask your local HR department if they have submitted your application.
