Inverted Nikon TiE microscope

The LCI core facility sells an inverted Nikon TiE microscope. This package includes:

- a motorized Nikon stage

- hardware autofocus (PFS)

- 3 Nikon objectives (10x/0.45 air, 20x/0.75 air, 60x/1.4 oil)

- 4 filter cubes (blue, green, red, far red)

- Intensilight illuminator

- An Andor EM-CCD iXon 897 Ultra

The equipment was purchased in 2013 and used at the facility until now.
