Inquiry About Apartment Rental – Female Postdoc at KI (Nov 2025 Start)

Hi there,

I am a female postdoctoral researcher at Karolinska Institutet (KI). I am currently living in KI Housing, but my contract will soon end, so I am now looking for a suitable apartment near the Solna or central Stockholm area. I am a calm and responsible person, non-smoker, and not into parties. I like to keep my living space clean, tidy, and cozy. Ideally, I hope the room can be kept clean and cozy, with some green plants to bring a fresh atmosphere. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking simple meals, and going for walks in nature. I also love animals and would be happy to live in a pet-friendly place. Ideally, I would prefer accommodation where the landlord or other tenants are female.

Since I am living alone, I would very much like to find a quiet and private space where I can focus on my research and also rest after work. I am looking for either a studio or a one-bedroom apartment, furnished if possible. Ideally, the rental period could be for 6–12 months starting from November 2025, with the possibility of extension.
