Bio-Rad T100 Thermal Cycler, 96-well PCR instrument. Temperature range 4–100 °C, gradient capability 30–100 °C, 5.7” touchscreen, 500 onboard programs.
Usually works well but sometimes unexpected halts happen. Requires calibration/service before use.
