Part of a Nikon A1R confocal

The LCI core facility is selling parts of a Nikon A1R confocal system. The package includes:

-  a Scanner unit Resonant (with its own fiber) and its A1R controller (including PC card and log files) (production year 2009)

- a DUG detector box with 2 GaAsP detectors (green and red channels) and 2 standard PMT (blue and far red channels) and the mirror for a its Transmitted light detector passing a TiE microscope body) (production year 2013)

- a DUS detector box with a 32-PMT spectral detector (production year 2009)

Note that this is not a complete confocal but only parts. There is no microscope, no lasers, no objectives, no computer, no software.

There are no known issues. The equipment was still actively used at our facility until it was dismantled in August 2025 and it has been serviced by the Nikon representative every year until then.
