Two CyTOF XT Mass Cytometers (Standard BioTools) for Sale (2021 & 2022 Models)
We are offering two CyTOF XT mass cytometry systems for sale that are in good condition. Upon purchase, they need to get PMs done by the company (Standard BioTools; formerly Fluidigm).
One instrument purchased in 2021 (CyTOF XT1) and the other in 2022 (CyTOF XT2).
The CyTOF XT is a high-dimensional single-cell proteomics platform designed for advanced immune profiling and systems biology applications. The system supports up to 135 discrete channels and enables high-parameter single-cell analysis with automated sample introduction and acquisition workflows.

Automated sample introduction with integrated autosampler
Chilled carousel supporting batch acquisition
Automated tuning and calibration
Built-in clog detection and automated declogging workflows
The instruments have been used in a core facility and research laboratory environment and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
The sale may include associated workstation/computer systems and selected accessories depending on agreement.
