Waters UPLC-Mass Spectrometry system (Xevo TQ-S)
Description:
An Acquity UPLC + Xevo TQ-S MS system. The instrument has been dedicated exclusively to small molecule and clinical metabolomics analyses. The system was fully functional up until March 2026, when it was uninstalled by Waters personnel to make room for an infrastructure upgrade (replacement with a Xevo Absolute XR).

2. Liquid Chromatography (LC) System Modules (Purchased 2009-2010):
Binary Solvent Manager: Waters Acquity UPLC, internally upgraded to an I-Class system in 2016
Sample Manager: Waters Acquity Sample Manager
Sample Organizer: Waters Acquity Sample Organizer (fully compatible version with the supplied Sample Manager)
Column Oven: Individual Column Oven module
3. Data Acquisition & Workstation:
Computer : Purchased directly from Waters in 2017.
Note on Software: The hard drives will be securely wiped prior to handover to comply with institutional data privacy rules. The buyer will need to coordinate with Waters regarding MassLynx software licensing and setup.
Service & Maintenance History:
Service Level: Maintained on a continuous Waters Service Contract throughout its operational lifetime. Any technical issues over the years have been directly managed and resolved by certified Waters field service engineers.
Preventative Maintenance: Serviced annually, with the most recent certified preventative maintenance (PM) completed in August 2024.

Condition: The instrument is sold "as is" in its uninstalled state.
Logistics: The buyer is entirely responsible for arranging, managing, and funding all aspects of packing, loading, and transport from our facility in Solna/Stockholm.
