Annual SAM follow-up
In order for businesses to continuously develop and improve their working conditions, the provisions AFS 2001:1 Systematic Work Environment Management require a routine of an annual follow-up/audit of the work environment management. At KI it is the local work environment groups at the department/equivalent that carry out the audit.
All participants must be familiar with how the work environment management works in practice, strengths, weaknesses etc. In the follow-up, a KI specific template is used with questions based on the legal requirements in the provisions. It is important that Head of departments/equivalent participate in the annual follow-up as they have the overall responsibility for the work environment at their department/equivalent.
