The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, or Dataskyddsförordningen) for the processing of personal data applies on all handling of personal data at KI. Here you will find information on GDPR and what to consider when processing personal data.

The basics of the GDPR
Complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) means, among other things, that you need to follow the fundamental principles, ensure that the processing has a lawful ground and inform the data subjects about how you handle their personal data. This self-study course consists of course material and quizzes to help improving the knowledge of researchers and other staff around the General Data Protection Regulation. The course is online self studies. You can begin, work and finish at your own pace. For a person without former knowledge it should take around 60-90 minutes to complete all modules.
