Team leader at the Department of Molecular Medicine and Surgery

The research group leader delegates responsibility to a group member by appointing the person as team leader within the research group. A team leader should be able to be responsible for a defined area of ​​activity within the research group in the long term. The team leader should collaborate with the research group leader in their work to develop and strengthen both their team and the research group. If the prospective team leader does not have a KI position, an adjunct position is desirable, but not a requirement.
