Starting room AV system
Video on how to use the AV system when bringing your own device (BYOD) in lecture halls for hybrid teaching.
Instruction
Press “QuickStart”.
- Startup could take up to 1 minute.Press “Lights”.
Turn whiteboard lights OFF.
Set “podium lights” to medium and “audience lights” to maximum.
Press “Web meeting”.
- Camera startup could take up to 1 minute.Press preferred camera preset. “1” is suggested.
- Now the room system is ready for hybrid and you can continue by setting up your computer.
