About the Search Service
The search service is based on information from KI RIMS, a system that collects and structures data about KI’s researchers and research. Four content types are searchable: people, research groups, publications, and research grants. The goal is to make it easy to find relevant information about KI’s research and researchers.
To improve accuracy, the service uses combined search logic. This means searches are performed not only within each content type but also across related types. This approach helps the system find more relevant results, even when information is spread across different content types.
