Fault Reporting via QR Code in KI Classrooms and Group Rooms

In KI's group rooms, lecture halls, computer labs, and conference rooms that are booked through TimeEdit, certain rules apply to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. To make it easy for users to know what applies and where to report problems, information is available through QR codes posted in the rooms.

Rules in the rooms

To ensure that classrooms, group rooms, and computer labs remain pleasant for everyone, they should be kept clean and tidy.

  • All rubbish must be disposed of in the waste bins provided.
  • Furniture must not be removed from the rooms, as there is a risk that it will not be returned.
  • Most rooms have a standard furniture layout that must be restored after the meeting or event. Please refer to the room sketch or photo for the correct arrangement.
  • Food is not permitted in classrooms due to the risk of stains on carpets and furniture, and to avoid unpleasant odors for the next users.
  • Only water may be consumed in classrooms.

Reporting Building-Related Issues

Building-related problems such as elevator malfunctions, ventilation issues, or water leaks on KI campuses should be reported to Akademiska Hus via Email: info@akademiskahus.se, Telephone: 010-557 24 24 (urgent matters can be reported 24 hours a day) or through the campus-specific reporting links:

Ventilation
