Control of ventilated workplaces
The Facility department carries out annual/regular checks and installation checks of protectively ventilated workplaces in your premises according to the regulations of the Work Environment Agency.
Examples of equipment subject to control:
- Hood
- Drawing benches
- HPLC extraction
- Point extraction/exhaust hoods
- Microbiological safety benches
- Ventilated sinks

Ventilation control of fire and chemical cabinets is carried out by the business itself, however, this can be ordered by the Facillity Department and will then take place in your premises in connection with the control of ventilated workplaces.
Control of fire and chemical cabinets is carried out by the business according to the manufacturer's operation and maintenance instructions. In addition to this, ventilation control and installation control can be ordered by the Facility Department.
