Change of Department
If the doctoral student moves to a new department, a new ISP needs to be created at the new department by the principal supervisor.
Procedure in the case of Change of Department
- The Head of the new department decides on the admission and registration at the new department (form 14). The old department forwards relevant documentation concerning the doctoral student to the new department.
- The Study Administrator at the new department completes the registration in Ladok.
- The principal supervisor creates a new Individual Study Plan (ISP). The information in the old ISP can be transferred to the new one, but the attachments must be saved and then uploaded again. Contact ISP@ki.se for instructions.
- The ISP is established by the Director of Doctoral Studies at the new department.
