Peer support for pedagogical development
By giving staff the opportunity to meet colleagues and exchange ideas, you will strengthen the sense of community and shared vision in your teaching mission.
Working closely with teachers and trainers at KI, the project will highlight and build on what is already working well, while exploring new ways to address common challenges. A baseline analysis shows that there are good efforts to build on, but also opportunities to:
- Simplify access to support and resources
- Bringing KI's pedagogical ethos to life
- Creating community in the teaching role
