Is something broken?
- Premise-related faults must be reported to Service team ANA Futura.
- URGENT errors concerning all of ANA Futura (ie power failure, water leakage) after office hours, call Akademiska Hus phone: 076-134 37 85. During office hours, contact Service team ANA Futura.
- Faults with AV equipment and other electronic devices in meeting rooms are reported to the Service team ANA Futura.
- Faults with the door locks for the offices/conference rooms, must be reported to the Service team ANA Futura (during office hours) and security guards (after office hours), phone: 08-524 860 60.
