Graphic design and document templates

KI's main templates are now available directly in Office 365. You will find templates adapted to KI's graphic profile, for presentations, posters, document templates, program sheets and annual wheels. You will also find templates adapted for employees with a combined employment at KI.

To simplify the use of KI templates and the graphic rules, a new feature enables you to choose the templates directly in Office 365 (PowerPoint and Word).

KI's InDesign templates

You can use KI's InDesign templates if you need to produce A5 folders, A3 posters, A4 programme sheets or scientific poster templates, for instance. All templates already include the KI logo and are designed according to KI's graphic profile.

KI Thesis templates

A thesis presented at KI must name Karolinska Institutet as the publishing university and is entitled to use the KI trademark. A thesis that uses the KI logo and graphic profile must follow the university’s graphic rules (handling of logo, colour and typeface).

Graphic design and printing services

KI has a ranked frame agreement for both printing and graphic design services. Within the framework of the agreement, you can order printing of products such as posters, flyers and brochures in different formats and get help with graphic design and layout in accordance with KI's graphic profile.
