Central and bright apartment for rent 
I’d like to rent my apartment in the heart of Kungsholmen, from the 1^st of April 2024. The best part of the apartment is its central parks such as Rålambshovsparken, Kronobergspark, a nice walking path along the water, many supermarkets, gyms and so on. Also it is well served by public transportation since it’s close to the blue and green line and many busses, among them nr 1, 3 and 4, just a few steps away from the flat. It is also close to a stop of Flygbussarna that connect to the airport. The other perk of the flat is that it’s very bright. It’s a furnished 2-room apartment (44 square meters) on the 5th floor. In the building there are an inner garden, storage room for bikes, recycling place and laundry rooms. It has a small entrance with built-in wardrobes, a kitchen connected to the living room, bathroom with shower-tub and a bedroom with 140 cm bed. I will also leave some essentials like pots, kitchen stuff and pillows... The rent is 14500 kr/month and one month deposit. All costs as water, heating and wifi are included, except for electricity (usually it’s 350 sek/month) and home insurance (usually around 100 sek/må).
