Checklist in case of threats

Call the police at 112:

• If someone appears to be under the influence
• In case of harassment (e.g., blocking a door)
• In case of unlawful threats (threatening to harm a person/property)

Call KI campus security guards:

• If someone is perceived as offensive
• If someone behaves aggressively

Inform your manager and report in the incident reporting system.

Depending on the type of threat, different security measures may be needed:

• Consult the security unit (sakerhetsenheten@ki.se) for support and specify in the subject line that it concerns a threat.

If you feel worried:

• Talk to your manager, safety representative, HR, occupational health service, or the employee support number.

When working alone:

• If you are alone at work, e.g. after colleagues have left for the day, inform the security guards that you are alone at the workplace and approximately when you will be leaving.
