NVS crisis group

NVS crisis group consists of Head of Department, Head of Administration and Head of HR. The group is purposefully small to be able to gather and act quickly in case of emergency.

  • The crisis group is activated in the event of an incident that significantly affects employees and operations.
  • The crisis group works both preventively and in the event of a crisis.
  • Examples of preventive measures: identifying potential risks (e.g., security risks) and planning for the management of these risks in collaboration with KI centrally.
  • At NVS, there is a staffing plan for crisis situations. It is continuously updated and available at P:\H1 NVS\Krishantering.
