Work environment group and Safety representatives at MedH

The working environment group at MedH is divided into two groups: one for the physical working environment and one for the organisational and social working environment. This allows us to work more effectively and thoroughly in both areas.

Physical work environment group

The physical work environment group includes representatives from the department. At the meetings they report on their respective areas of responsibility: fire safety, chemical safety, biosafety, environment and sustainability (see detailed list below). The group also coordinates safety inspections and subsequent action plans, KLARA inventories, etc.

Work Environment Group for Organisational and Social Work Environment

The group for organisational and social work environment works with issues related to how we create a pleasant and safe work environment, including by looking at workload (e.g. balance between demands and resources and balance between work and private life), participation (collaboration), offensive treatment, social interaction and communication, and more.
