Karolinska Institutet's rules and instructions for managing financial conflicts of interest (FCOI) in USA-funded projects

Researchers at Karolinska Institutet (KI) that receive USA-funding must report financial ties to businesses that could influence the design, conduct or reporting of research. As KI is the recipient of USA grants, the institution has established instructions, rules, and procedures in compliance to U.S. federal regulations (Title 42 CFR 50, Subpart F) for managing financial conflicts of interest (FCOI).
