Opening hours on campus (irregular hours)
During public holidays, long weekends, and extended vacation periods, when many are away on holidays and not present on our campuses, we have limited opening hours for our service operations.
Aula Medica
Reception closes at 3 pm on April 2 and closed on 3 and 6 of April.
- Café Jorpes closes at 2 pm on April 2 and closed on 3 and 6 of April.
During Easter break (week 15), the café closes at 3 pm daily. - Restaurant Nanna Svartz is closed on April 3 and 6.
- Restaurant Svarta Räfven is closed on April 2, 3, and 6.
During Easter break (week 15), the restaurant is fully closed.
While restaurants and cafés are closed, please use the available vending machines and Convini machines.
Biomedicum
Reception is closed April 3 and 6.
- Café Biomedicum closes at 2 pm on April 2, and is closed April 3 and 6.
During Easter break (week 15), the café closes at 3 pm.
While restaurants and cafés are closed, vending machines and Convini machines will be available.
ANA Futura
- The service team is on-site during regular working hours: 8 am to 4 pm.
Neo
- The service team is on-site during regular working hours: 8 am to 4 pm.
Commuter Bus
- During Easter, the commuter bus operates according to the regular timetable.
IT Service Desks
- Nobels väg 5: closes at 3 pm on April 2, closed April 3 and 6.
- Solnavägen 9: closes at 3 pm on April 2, closed April 3 and 6.
