Opening hours on campus (irregular hours)

During public holidays, long weekends, and extended vacation periods, when many are away on holidays and not present on our campuses, we have limited opening hours for our service operations.

Aula Medica

Reception is closed on Midsummer´s Eve June 19. Open from July 6 to  August 7 at 8 am - 3 pm, closed for lunch at 11:45 am to 12:30 pm.

  • Café Jorpes is closed on Midsummer´s Eve June 19 and during June 29 to August 7.  
  • Restaurant Nanna Svartz is closed on Midsummer´s Eve June 19 and during July 6 to August 7.
  • Restaurant Svarta Räfven is closed on Midsummer´s Eve June 19 and during June 22 to August 14.  

While restaurants and cafés are closed, please use the available vending machines and Convini machines.

Biomedicum

Reception is closed on Midsummer´s Eve June 19 and during July 13 to July 31. 

Security staff on patrol can assist with minor reception matters or refer you to the Aula Medica reception. The entrance is locked during this period, valid access card required.

While restaurants and cafés are closed, vending machines and Convini machines will be available.

ANA Futura

Service team remains open as usual but with reduced staffing during summer. Service may take longer than normal.

Neo

Service team remains open as usual but with reduced staffing during summer. Service may take longer than normal.

Commuter Bus

No buss on Midsummer´s Eve June 19. Reduced timetable from June 22 to August 7. Regular weekday timetable resumes afterwards.

From Flemingsberg (Hälsovägen):
7:40 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 1:35 pm, 3:35 pm, 4:20 pm.

From Solna (Nobels väg 4/Gammelgården):
7:20 am, 9:15 am, 10:00 am, 11:40 am, 12:20 pm, 2:00 pm, 2:50 pm, 4:25 pm.

IT Service Desks

  • Nobels väg 5: Open 9 am to 4 pm and closed for lunch 12 pm to 1 pm.
  • Solnavägen 9: Closed July 6 to August 7. 
  • Alfred Nobels allé 8: Open 9 am to 4 pm and closed for lunch 11 am to 12 pm during July 1 to July 31.

AV Support

Closed on Midsummer’s Eve June 19, otherwise open during summer with reduced staffing.
