Parking on Campus

Please note that from 1 January 2026, a new digital system for parking will be introduced on KI’s campuses in Solna and Flemingsberg. The parking spaces are provided by Akademiska Hus, which has signed an agreement with Smart Parkering.

Payment will be made via the SmartPark app. Current physical decals will be replaced by digital permits, which can be obtained through the SmartPark app. To receive the discounted rate as KI staff, you will need a code that can be found further down on this page when logged in. Previous individual parking agreements via Aimo Park will end at the turn of the year – a new agreement must be signed directly with Smart Parkering.

Parking garage

You can access the parking garage with your access card. Problems should be reported to sakerhetsenheten@ki.se.

Vehicles with disabilities

Those who have a vehicle with a disability permit park free of charge except on time-limited short-term parking. Accessibility maps for Solna and Flemingsberg campus are available at Akademiska hus.

Bicycle garage

On our Campus there are several bicycle parking spaces adjacent to our houses, and in some places there are also locked bicycle garages.

• In Solna there is a bicycle garage (for KI employees) in the parking garage Skruven.
• In Flemingsberg, there is a bicycle garage (for KI employees) in the parking garage on Alfred Nobels allé 8.
