The Finance Group for ANA Futura and Neo
The Finance Group for ANA Futura and Neo provides support on financial matters to the Steering Committees of each research building.
The facility managers of each research building act as a link between the Steering Committees and the finance group.
Main tasks of the finance group
- Monthly update of summarised information on the overall finances of each research building.
- Present financial updates at the ANA Futura and Neo Steering Committee meetings on a quarterly basis.
- Compilation of full-year financial statements
- Twice a year, generate a new distribution key
- Allocation of rental costs
- Manage budgeting and monitoring of the finances in the freezer facilities
- Allocation of depreciation costs
- On behalf of the Steering Committees/Facility managers, handle relevant financial matters
- Generate and review approved investment plans and any requests
