Transport of liquid nitrogen in Biomedicum
Use the service from Facility Management Biomedicum for the safe transport of liquid nitrogen to your quarter.
Routine
Place the liquid nitrogen container outside room D0211 at the designated location. Label the container with the desired quantity (L), preferred delivery time and day, your name, and the delivery address (room number). FM Biomedicum fills liquid nitrogen on weekdays between 08:00 and 15:00, and the container must be placed out two hours before the requested delivery time. FM Biomedicum delivers the filled container via the priority nitrogen elevator.
Security measures
- It is prohibited to use thermoses for the transport and storage of liquid nitrogen.
- Never ride in an elevator together with liquid nitrogen due to the risk of asphyxiation.
