This page is for you as course provider within the doctoral education. The new system support for doctoral courses is called Fubas.
Information for new users - course providers
Fubas is a new system that will replace KIWAS from January 1st 2024, since KIWAS is no longer possible to develop in the direction that would fit our users. Fubas is created of and for Göteborg University. During 2023, a project group has worked on modifying the system to fit KI:s processes and lingo. Fubas consists of the system Fubas as well as an external webpage for applicants.
You log in via the digital tools drop-down list on the staff portal front page: https://staff.ki.se/ or via https://fubasadmin.ki.se. Please select language by clicking on the flags in the upper right corner once you are in the system.
In Fubas, you create/revise syllabi, prepare for advertising in the course catalogue and handle admission. For advertising in the course catalogue three parts are needed: syllabus, course information and course occasion. Read more on the following pages and in the respective user guide:

Before entering a syllabus in Fubas it is important that you have read the following information and have received a preliminary ok to proceed to Fubas:
Everyone with a KI ID has access to the system. You log in with your standard password.
