IT system maintenance

The IT Office implements planned system maintenance, so called service window, on a weekly basis. The aim of the service windows is to ensure good stability, safety and updated central systems.

Service windows occur every Thursday from 19.00 to 22.00. During these periods there may be disturbances in central IT systems. Disturbances might for example be certain web pages being unavailable or difficulties logging in to specific systems.

Please observe that:

  • Other types of system maintenance may, in consultation with system managers, be conducted on times that are outside of the weekly service window.
  • Major planned system maintenance, for example on the central network, is communicated to concerned personnel at least 10 days beforehand.
