TeamViewer Quicksupport
The Helpdesk uses TeamViewer to remotely control your computer when you need help solving an issue. Helpdesk cannot connect to your computer without your approval.
With TeamViewer, the IT Office can connect to your computer. By using the ID number and password, Helpdesk staff can remotely control your computer and help you solve issues. Once you close Teamviewer, the connection will be lost.
Helpdesk cannot connect to your computer without an actively shared ID.
