How to improve your visibility in the search service for research information

Things to keep in mind for improving visibility in the search service:

• Use relevant keywords in the free text descriptions that describe your research well – words you yourself would use if you were searching for other researchers in your own field
• Add relevant labels to your profile that describe your research
• Verify your publications in the bibliometrics system and claim pending articles i KI RIMS.
• Mark as favourites the publications that best represent your research and that you want to highlight
• Claim your grants and manually add any that are missing

If you are a research group leader or managing a reserach group page in KI RIMS  keep this in mind: 

• Use relevant keywords in the free-text description that describe the group’s research well—words you would use yourself when searching for other research groups in your field
• Add relevant labels to the group page
• Mark as favourites the publications that best represent the group’s research and that you want to highlight
