Peer support for pedagogical development
The role of teacher can be both rewarding and challenging. In a project (PULS) the Unit for Teaching and Learning wants to work together with you as a teacher, to create better conditions for a strong pedagogical everyday life.
Working closely with teachers and trainers at KI, the project will highlight and build on what is already working well, while exploring new ways to address common challenges. A baseline analysis shows that there are good efforts to build on, but also opportunities to:
- Simplify access to support and resources
- Bringing KI's pedagogical ethos to life
- Creating community in the teaching role

We invite you who teach or supervise at KI to our opening hours every Friday afternoon 14:30-15:30. Jump in when it's convenient for 1 hour in Zoom
This is an opportunity for you to:
- Discuss educational issues with experienced colleagues.
- Get help navigating to the right resources, networks or tools.
- Find new perspectives and solutions for your work.
