Bites of Learning - webinars in pedagogy
Bites of Learning is a series of lunchtime webinars where you can informally discuss different learning methods and research in education and its applications.

About Bites of Learning
The Unit for Teaching and Learning (UoL) invites educators and those involved in teaching to Bites of Learning, a webinar series that aims to promote dialogue, exchange of ideas and inspiration around teaching methods and educational development. Each session is around half an hour long and designed around a topical theme and consists of a short, engaging presentation introducing key concepts and ideas. This is followed by dynamic discussions in the form of panel discussions, group discussions or reflections on how the ideas can be applied in your own teaching context.
After each session, all materials will be available for you in form of the webinar recording, relevant links, and additional resources—all in one place: the Bites of Learning Hub
By participating in Bites of Learning, you will get:
- Practical tools to improve your teaching and engage your students.
- A deeper understanding of topics such as active learning and assessment methods.
- The opportunity to discuss and find solutions to pedagogical challenges together with colleagues and experts.
