For the presentation we have larger lecture halls on the 4^th and 9^th floor.

• 9Q (100 seats)
  - located across the hallway from the ANA Futura premises on the 9^th floor. 
• 4X (60 seats)
  - located on the 4^th floor in the ANA 8 building. Use elevator A for celebration on the 9^th floor afterwards.
• 4Y (60 seats)
  - located on the 4^th floor in the ANA 8 building. Use elevator A for celebration on the 9^th floor afterwards.
• 4Z (60 seats)
  - located on the 4^th floor in the ANA 8 building. Use elevator A for celebration on the 9^th floor afterwards.
• 4U (150 seats)
  - located on the 4^th floor in the ANA 8 building. Use elevator A for celebration on the 9^th floor afterwards.

Celebration

Suggestions for the celebration:

Book room: Von Behring for food and mingle and for the examination board book room: Steinman. Both on the 9^th floor. Always book both rooms in connection with the coffee room during the dissertation celebration.

These rooms are booked via Outlook (can only be booked if you are staff located in the ANA Futura premises).

What if all the lecture halls are busy?

If all the lecture halls on the 4^th and 9^th floor are busy. Suggestion: Book Von Behring for the presentationen, Steinman for the examination board and mingle in the coffee room outside.
