Reception in Biomedicum
Biomedicum’s reception is located at the main entrance, floor 3, Solnavägen 9. The reception is staffed by the security company CSG.

The reception is staffed during opening hours: 07:00–16:00.

Service
- The reception offers service to employees, internal and external guests by answering questions about Biomedicum and directing them to the correct person or location.
- Handling of access cards and temporary visitor cards. Access rights are generally managed by the HR department at your institution or by the person responsible for core facilities.
- Booking of the Faculty Club and lunch rooms.
- If you forget your access card at home, the reception can assist you in getting a temporary card valid for one day.
- If you are expecting a visitor such as a researcher, entrepreneur, or other guest who needs access for several days, they can be issued a temporary access card.
Lost and found
If you have forgotten something in Biomedicum or found a lost item, please contact the reception on floor 3. Clothing and valuables should be handed in to, and are taken care of by, the security guard or receptionist. Lost and found items are stored for two months.
