Supplier invoices

All supplier invoices must be approved and authorized no later than 1 July 2026. It is essential that you continuously review and process the invoices received in your email inbox.

Holidays / Temporary replacements

All invoice approvers and authorizers must ensure that their responsibilities are delegated in the UBW/Agresso web system if they are unable to manage invoices during the holiday period. No supplier invoices should be left unprocessed during this time.

Direct payments

We no longer have the technical possibility to process urgent payments at the Finance Department (MBB). All payments must be handled through the supplier invoice system, and payments are processed centrally at KI. Please ensure that upcoming payments (e.g. conference fees) are planned well in advance.

Leave applications

All leave applications (vacation, parental leave, etc.) must be submitted and approved in the PA web as soon as possible to avoid salary discrepancies during the summer months.
Primula will be closed from 2026-06-13 for this month’s payroll run.

New employments

All new employees with a Swedish bank account must register their account with Swedbank via the following link:

Passwords

Please ensure that you update or renew your KI account password in a timely manner. You can reset your password yourself by following the instructions here:

Sick leave

Please remember to report any sick leave in the PA web as usual during the summer.
