Book consultancy services from Aurevia AB for your clinical trial

Researchers at KI can now procure services from Aurevia AB for clinical trials, clinical investigations of medical devices, and other clinical studies. Aurevia AB is a consulting company that provides support for various parts of clinical research, such as preparing applications in the Clinical Trial Information System (CTIS), drafting study protocols, trial monitoring, project management, and others.

What Services Has KI Procured from Aurevia AB? 

Researchers may set up a range of services from Aurevia AB, including: 

  • Preparation and submission of clinical trial applications, substantial modifications, and Annual Safety Reports (ASRs) in CTIS 
  • Reporting of clinical trial results in CTIS upon study completion 
  • Monitoring of clinical trials within and outside Sweden 
  • Drafting of study protocols and/or participant information documents 
  • Support for studies involving medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDR), including studies involving AI technologies 
  • Project management for clinical trials 
  • Design, review, and/or validation of (electronic) Case Report Forms (eCRFs) 
  • Registration of studies in trial registries (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov) 
  • Advice on and arrangement of insurance coverage for clinical trials in Sweden and internationally 
  • Support with the submission of Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSARs) for clinical drug trials 
  • Medical writing services

Contract Period 

KI has entered into an agreement with Aurevia AB covering the period from 1 August 2026 until 31 July 2030. 

This means that researchers may procure services under this agreement until 31 July 2030. Services commissioned during the agreement period may continue beyond that date in accordance with the terms specified in the individual contract between the researcher and Aurevia AB. 

What Does It Cost to Use Aurevia AB? 

The hourly rate for services is SEK 1,500.

How Do I Procure a Service? 

If you would like to procure one or more services from Aurevia AB: 

  1. Complete the document "Expression of Interest for Procuring Services from Aurevia AB" (see bottom of this page), indicating the services you are interested in. The form is non-binding but provides Aurevia AB with an indication of what support you are looking for. 
  2. Attach the completed document to an email and send it to compliance@ki.se.  
  3. The Compliance & Data Office will facilitate contact with Aurevia AB. 
  4. Aurevia AB will contact you to arrange an initial meeting to discuss the project and support requirements. 
  5. Aurevia AB will prepare a proposal outlining the project approach, scope, and estimated resource requirements. 
  6. The Compliance & Data Office will assist in establishing a call-off contract. 
  7. Aurevia AB will start working on the assignment as agreed.
