Qualifications portfolio via KI RIMS: Curriculum vitae
On this page, you will find instructions on how to use KI RIMS to fill in your CV in KI's qualifications portfolio. Under each heading, you will find information about what information is retrieved from KI RIMS and where you can change it. Please note that only the headings that can be filled in using KI RIMS are listed here. You will need to fill in the content under the other headings manually after you have generatred the qualifications portfolio report from KI RIMS.
1. Personal data
First name and surname: Can be changed either directly in Primula or UBW Anknutna, or under Set preferred name, which you will find when you click on Account/your profile picture in the left-hand menu in KI RIMS.
Telephone number: You cannot change your KI telephone number, but if you have a number registered in UBW Anknutna, you can ask an IDAC/UBW administrator at your department to change it.
Email: You cannot change your existing email address in KI RIMS, but you can add more email addresses under Edit my profile.
2. ORCID ID, Open Researcher and Contributor ID or similar
If you have confirmed an ORCID ID under My research identifiers in KI RIMS, it will appear here.
3. Education from a university or university college at first cycle and second cycle and clinical education if applicable
Listed here are Professional activities of the type Degree / education that do not have any of the following Degree types:
• Degree of doctor
• Docent-level competence
• Degree of Licentiate
• Other formal education / degree
• Other course / study programme
4. Doctoral education
Listed here are Professional activities of the type Degree / education that have one of the following Degree types:
• Degree of doctor
• Degree of Licentiate
5. Postdoctoral research
Listed here are both
• Professional activities of the type Visiting fellowship if the Title field contains the word ‘Postdoc’
• Professional activities of the type Employment if the Position field contains the word 'Postdoc'
6. Docent
Listed here are Professional activities of the type Degree / education if Degree type = Docent-level competence.
7. Current employment
Listed here are Professional activities of the type Employment if End date is missing or is later than today.
8. Previous employments
Listed here are Professional activities of the type Employment if the Position field does not contain either of the words 'PhD' or 'Postdoc' and if End date is later than today.
