Funding view (Forskarvy)
The data source in Funding view is KI's financial system UBW and the contract ledger.
Funding view is aimed at people who have financial responsibility for one or more research projects. The purpose is to show the financial status of research projects in a clear and accessible way from a project perspective rather than an accounting perspective.
Funding view is automatically assigned to those who are department heads, unit heads, team leaders or project managers, and they can see all projects that belong to their level of management. People in these roles do not need to apply for access to Funding view. Access follows the organisational tree from Primula, and project managers are retrieved from UBW.
If someone has delegated their financial responsibility to someone else, that person will also be granted access to the same projects at the same level as the original person responsible.
