Forms - doctoral education

Here you will find the forms needed before and during doctoral education, such as the establishment of doctoral position, half-time review form, application for public defence.

Some forms have both an English and a Swedish version. If you prefer a form in Swedish, change language on this page to Swedish “Denna sida på svenska”

(Application for green light is an attachment to the application for establishment of a doctoral position, but can be used separately, for example when applying for KID funding or if a new principal supervisor is appointed.)

A funding agreement template for externally employed doctoral students can be obtained from the Legal Department by sending an email to avtal@ki.se (Legal Department). Please note that this template is not suitable for doctoral students employed by Region Stockholm.
