Communication Focus Group
Vision
The Communication Focus Group is to provide all Junior Faculty at KI with up-to-date information on the activities of the Steering Group and broader issues impacting them. We provide information through our website, social media (X) emails, JF newsletter, seminars, and workshops.
Goals
Our goals are to:
- Conduct a yearly web-survey which explores the current situation for Junior Faculty at KI. Helping us to better advocate for the needs of Junior Faculty staff.
- Support information flow across all levels:
- Between JF and KI junior faculty
- Between JF and KI leadership
- Within JF Steering group
Ongoing/planned activities
- We are currently exploring trends in the yearly Junior faculty web survey to look for changes over time.
- Analysis of new survey about the condition of affiliated researchers at KI.
- Preparing for the 2024 JF survey
- Updating our website
